I'm not an expert, but here's some info I have for you.
Once you download the game, if your computer suggests to extract the files, go ahead and do that. When you're done, the game will be in the newly extracted folder. If you click on the file with the Ren'Py anime girl, you will open the game, and you will be able to play it.
Also, I apologize for the saves that are already in the game. That wasn't on purpose.
